To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日午餐食左譚仔三哥。😀譚仔三哥我食過好多次，今次第一次試佢既蕃茄湯底😂。蕃茄湯底比我想像中濃郁🤤，有唔少蕃茄肉係底，上面仲有一大羹蕃茄蓉🤩。佢既蕃茄湯偏酸，可能係因為係足料🤪。我仲落左即磨黑椒粉落去（要自備），發現蕃茄湯加黑椒係 Perfect match👍🏻，因為佢會提升蕃茄既香味，令成碗米線更加好食😃！我叫左佢既雞肉，雞肉一如以往都係咁多😚，而且好滑，仲要吸收埋 d 蕃茄湯味🥰，令成件事唔會咁單調😍。佢既米線配埋芽菜食係 perfect🥳，前者較冧，而後者爽口☺️。整體而言，蕃茄湯底一試難忘😬，我諗我以後去譚仔三哥都會揀蕃茄湯底，同埋自備即磨黑椒粉😎。
