之前食過藍田個間小明珠,唔知係口味問題定點,覺得食落好酸,同埋佢地用粗個隻紅薯粉,食到好攰,炸豬扒都唔特別,個炸粉有啲硬,同埋同塊肉係分開既。咁今次食宵夜,去到觀塘個間試下啦。叫左個口水雞,戈酥,炸銀絲卷同椒鹽鯇魚骨腩。個口水雞係好冰凍個隻,再加一大pat辣醬係面。仲有啲花生粒係面。啲花生好脆口,幾好。但係個辣汁好辣。加上啲雞冰到一個點,簡直係傷害緊啲牙齒。好食既有戈酥同埋個銀絲卷。個卷外脆內熱辣辣,加埋啲煉奶好好食。個戈酥大大粒,個粉調教得幾好,夠脆但又唔會太厚粉。但係個魚就有啲腥,唔加啲炸蒜基本上係無味
