To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

辛苦工作左一日，終於都到左放工嘅時間，今日忙到連lunch 都唔記得食，出左公司之後個肚咕嚕咕嚕響，勁肚餓。因為想食d 無咁濃味嘅輕食，所以就選擇左日本野食。而較平價選擇當然以元氣啦！因為我同男朋友嘅會員証過左期，無得提早電話拎飛。由荃灣港鐵站C 出口，搭電梯上2層，行約2分鐘就到。門口大大個標誌季節限定及推介門口取飛高速列車送食物辣味三文魚，每次必點，香辣味濃，仲有生洋蔥味😋😋😋軟殼蟹手卷，軟殻蟹炸得好鬆脆，加埋沙律醬好配合之後就係火灸壽司，無令我失望過👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻之後果d 炸物同壽司嘅味道都正常，質素保存一慣水準，會持續幫襯
