女友無意中見到荃灣 御名園 優惠餐牌幾吸引便來試試~陳皮燒鵝(例) 唔記得幾錢個皮燒得幾好, 唔算厚少少薄脆, 帶少少甘香. 鮑魚汁扣原件花膠$28.8女友一見到就好興奮,就決定要食!花膠用砂鍋上,冇諗過$30唔使,仲要咁大件。鮑汁夠惹味,花膠口感黏糯,沒有腥味,配上鮑汁同吃,唔錯~生猛西澳洲龍蝦🦞(約1斤4両)$338/隻龍蝦價錢都唔算貴,叫一隻試吓!除左餐牌寫的上湯焗,重可以薑蔥炒,最後決定用薑蔥炒惹味啲~薑蔥上枱傳來陣陣香氣,龍蝦有頭、有尾,等你知用晒成隻。龍蝦球走油爆炒,肉質爽彈入味,龍蝦吸收咗薑蔥嘅香味,吃起來更鮮美,味道更有層次~蠔皇古法扣4頭鮑魚伴玉掌$169鮑魚口感爽滑,香氣濃郁。鵝掌大隻,軟腍但唔會腍到脫骨,本身沒甚味道,幸好吸收了鮑汁味道。原本想叫多隻三頭鮑,可惜賣晒~鹽焗奄仔蟹/隻 $288現在是奄仔蟹雖然未到當造期,但經理話都好正,於是就點了一隻試試~原隻咁上枱,充滿薑蔥香。揭開蟹蓋,果然有好多蟹膏!帶少少的鹹香,蟹肉鮮嫩 味道鮮甜。吃到最後,酒樓還附上甜品綠豆沙一碗,夠晒清熱消滯!
