To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說今日係聖誕節🎄最後一日假，決定同男朋友去chill下，俾我搵到呢一間好有feel嘅Cafe，佢位於繁忙嘅都市入面一個寧靜嘅小角落。我哋分別叫咗一EGGS BENEDICT，一個牛排薯仔三文治同埋一個朱古力香蕉班戟。個EGGS BENEDICT好好味🤤蛋味濃郁，一刀切落去見到啲蛋黃慢慢流出嚟真係好治瘉🤤。麵包沾滿香香嘅蛋汁同埋酸酸嘅荷蘭醬，混合埋一齊真係好完美嘅組合。牛排薯條三文治份量好足料，juicy既牛排切片取代咗傳統嘅成塊牛扒，方便入口，烘底嘅麵包配上牛肉的肉汁更加係絕配。😎三層既朱古力香蕉pancake有好濃既mascarpone cream ，兩個人食都唔洗驚唔夠，香蕉上面有一層脆脆嘅焦糖，中間有唔少既香蕉肉，如果鍾意香蕉+芝士嘅話一定要嚟試。👍好chill咁享受了半天的假期😝

牛排薯條三文治份量好足料，juicy既牛排切片取代咗傳統嘅成塊牛扒，方便入口，烘底嘅麵包配上牛肉的肉汁更加係絕配。😎

三層既朱古力香蕉pancake有好濃既mascarpone cream ，兩個人食都唔洗驚唔夠，香蕉上面有一層脆脆嘅焦糖，中間有唔少既香蕉肉，如果鍾意香蕉+芝士嘅話一定要嚟試。👍

好chill咁享受了半天的假期😝
