To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六一朝返工早左到諗住去食返個早餐,見到間大家樂就咩都冇諗入左去,叫左個深海吉列魚柳+炒滑蛋。 佢可以揀配多士定蘿蔔糕,而我每次都會揀後者,因為真係好好食。嗌完去排隊攞野食個陣心諗:「玩完啦!條龍咁長,一定食唔切。」但好好彩既係廚房啲職員都好快手,出餐上碟,我前面大約10-15個人,結果等左唔洗10分鐘就攞到。啲職員真係好efficient 💛然後講返個餐啦。我都算食過唔少分店既早餐,呢間既質素唔錯!個魚柳唔會太細,又炸得岩岩好,唔會太多麵粉同好鬆化。個炒滑蛋又唔會太鹹,好香蛋味同蛋汁。奶茶好滑好香☺️係個火腿通粉麻麻,如果個湯可以有少少雞湯吊啲味會好味好多
