入到去,發覺呢間「常溫」唔係麵包舖,係主打蛋糕、曲奇。晨早流流先食咗個「抹茶麻薯卷蛋」同「荷蘭撻」,抹茶卷蛋入面嘅忌廉唔膩唔黐喉,粒麻薯冇硬弸弸仲煙靭得嚟可拉絲。荷蘭撻賣相好簡單,諗住普通料,意外地雞蛋味幾濃,實蛋糕質地入面伴隨少許類似蛋達又似慕絲質感,餅面有少少脆底,口感算幾有層次。打算將「香橙杏仁牛油蛋糕」分開一半,一捏就碎,橙皮杏仁片少量,自己不太喜歡鬆散質感。比較喜歡個質地係長形啲嗰款蛋白蛋糕(忘了名字,見3件蛋糕的圖、最底下嗰款),比較鬆軟似啲古早蛋糕。總括佢啲蛋糕類都係少甜,似乎健康啲,不過價錢就相對拉高啲。
