To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 嘉麟樓飲茶就多,食晚飯就第一次。反正今年媽媽生日諗唔到去邊到食,就去間相熟既比較方便。 其實除左嘉麟樓富貴雞要預訂,其他話限量供應既即場叫一般都會有,所以都無再預留其他小菜。我地一向唔鍾意叫餐,所以當晚都係散叫。我姪仔好鍾意隻富貴雞,因為有得玩,可以拎住個錘仔扑碎外面層泥。 但隻雞味道普通,無驚喜。 反而夏天廚師推介有一品螺頭冬瓜盅, 清清地,味道唔錯。 細佬佢哋好鍾意個匈牙利捲毛豬叉燒,而經理又好醒目同貼心地一早幫我地預留左一份半, 實在抵讚。 至於其他晚飯小菜可以,但唔會有太大驚喜。個人覺得都係飲茶比較好,不過如果諗唔到去邊到食飯,呢度又的確係唔錯嘅選擇,因為環境及服務唔會令你失望。
