To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不是第一次係紫軒飲茶了，短短兩三年都加咗唔少價！ 講真，係酒店嘅酒樓都係要預咗唔平，最平都要58蚊。 但服務，環境絕對是好的👍🏼👍🏼 今天一行3人，茶水18蚊位😛呢度啲點心都唔錯，但款色就少咗啲，都會間唔中轉下款，我哋今天只係叫咗五樣，因其中一個朋友話好飽，所以都就住叫😄首先要講係呢個鮮蝦腐皮卷，正👍🏼🤤好香，皮脆蝦香，真係好好味㗎😃。。。當然都係個人口味而定啦😁跟住就係呢個原籠馬拉糕👍🏼🤤 我又覺得好正，夠香，唔太甜，好味🤤呢個摩利箘露筍水晶包食落都幾香，都幾特別嘅😋淨翻兩樣就係68蚊嘅鮮蝦餃同62蚊一籠兩隻嘅鮑魚珍珠糯米雞。 雖然係寫珍珠雞，但我覺得一啲都唔細。 對我來講，個隻小小型鮑魚仔，我寧願佢唔加，變翻有三隻 or 平少少仲好🧐 因為又細隻，又唔覺得特別好味，有點多餘 feel 😝😝
