To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天正式放長假,懶得煮早餐的我索性去江仔記吃碗河粉做早餐好了。原本想吃六寶河,怎料已賣光,這麽早也吃不到,有點兒無奈,所以今次試試牛腩拼墨魚丸河粉~ (上次水餃中伏,今次死也不吃)河粉一如既往幼細絲滑,故不用多說~ 反而湯底沒有預期般牛肉味重,只是跟平日的湯差不多。牛腩肥肉太多了,吃完有點膩味,而且一點軟嫩感也沒有,比較偏硬,唯一優點其牛肉味重~至於雪白的墨魚丸保持應有水準,彈牙可口,且有著墨魚的鮮香,雖今天沒有魚皮餃與魚紮吃,但最少墨魚丸可以滿足我一半的食慾。當然也不少得喝樽裝可樂~

河粉一如既往幼細絲滑,故不用多說~ 反而湯底沒有預期般牛肉味重,只是跟平日的湯差不多。
