To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚去左翠園食晚飯。大雨晚上既星期四吾算太多人。有個孖寶套餐$268（星期五至日就貴$20）有蒸魚（固定）配一個餸，我地揀咗半隻雞。要讚既係雞雞皮好薄，無咩肥膏，好滑好入味，食得安心又健康另外蒸魚火喉岩岩好，條魚蒸到岩岩離骨。魚只要新鮮就吾洗太多花巧野，清蒸都可以好好味，只要時間控制好甜品點左個三色豆糕，由眉豆，紅腰豆及鷹嘴豆做成，甜度岩岩好吾過甜，，雪得又夠凍，夏日甜品好岩，吾多地方有，幾特別☺️☺️值得一試

雞皮好薄，無咩肥膏，好滑好入味，食得安心又健康


另外蒸魚火喉岩岩好，條魚蒸到岩岩離骨。魚只要新鮮就吾洗太多花巧野，清蒸都可以好好味，只要時間控制好
