To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大家對北京樓應該有認識,今次唔介紹地方,直接講菜色。金華火腿津白嫩滑多汁,火腿津白嘅火腿一般係鹹,而呢度係甜,味道似足豬肉乾,好食。👍🏻👍🏻水煮班球屬於勁辣級別,麻辣味濃,魚肉滑,加埋腐竹,妙極👍🏻👍🏻,如果芽菜改為水晶粉,呢個餸就十全十美。芝麻大餅面頭好脆,餅身鬆軟,裡面包左豬肉鬆,感覺好特別,好食。👍🏻👍🏻酒釀小丸子桂花味重,不過太漿太杰喇,麻麻地👎紅棗糕上台時間表面好濕,不過食落好煙韌,紅棗味重,唔錯。👍🏻茡齊餅好大個,成個煎堆咁,食落香口,裡面仲有椰絲,花生同埋馬蹄,口感唔錯。👍🏻👍🏻呢間北京樓菜色煮法同其他嘅北京樓寧舍不同,而且份量比較多,抵食。
