因為政府新的防疫需要,今日可能係今個月最後一次堂食晚餐,所以特別來呢間新開嘅餐廳食飯,貪佢附近環境比較清休,坐耐啲傾吓計都唔擔心。餐廳暫時未有酒牌,如果飲酒可以特價點生蠔,所以今日暫時唔食生蠔住,佢哋晚市冇套餐供應,全部都係單點形式。款式都幾多元化,如果有埋甜品選擇就更加好啦。牛油蒜香蜆肉意粉,蒜蓉牛油味道甚濃,意粉全部沾上蒜蓉牛油汁,好香滑。全碟有10隻蜆,每隻都好大隻,新鮮又鮮甜,高水準。日本一口和牛粒,佢哋好似用炭火燒嘅形式烹調,冇落濃味嘅調味料,少少鹽加黑椒,可以純粹食牛肉嘅鮮味及牛味,因為係和牛,所以油脂及肉分布均勻,有口感。牛油蒜蓉焗虎蝦,$78元有5隻大虎蝦,都算抵食,蒜蓉走過油,再加上虎蝦一齊焗,令蝦肉更有鮮味,蝦肉結實彈牙。秘製醬汁焗豬肋骨,醬汁有啲似日本燒肉汁,但係更濃,豬肋骨肉地淋,醃得好入味,份量可能有¾ rack ,兩個人差啲食唔晒。
