To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 住喺美孚嘅我,現在再找唔到一間正常少少嘅茶餐廳喇😔失望中……其實我一直都欣賞香港地在美孚帶給我一間有水準嘅茶餐廳;不過……大概在一年半前,我開始發現佢嘅水準開始差,餐牌又唔改下啲新嘢,實實在在係太悶了,下午茶(雞脾薯條),廚師竟然真係每次都一樣,白色的好像無炸過,仲要兜少少鹽都無🤦‍♂️救命呀!今年內……每次去都諗住比多次機會佢,但每次都失望而回。我5歲嘅囝問我:點解個菠蘿冰無味嘅?🙄我真係唔識答
