To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好多時會入葵芳做野,琴日下午又熱又焗,就近入左呢間諗住飲杯凍飲順便食少少野。叫下午茶,要乜無乜,雞比又無,西多又話要等,逼住叫煎餃子。凍檸茶黎到,暖既?叫個女人(應是老闆)換過就支支佐佐,阻佢睇電視咁。到煎餃子上,一咬淋既,唔脆就不如叫蒸餃子,食落去仲有陣唔知咩味,d肉霉霉地,又唔敢叫班大帝換了,個個剩係識對眼望住電視,食唔落唯有當跌錢算。咁既質素同招呼好懷疑點可以係飲食業立足。請都唔會再去!
