To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日係紅日假期，兩點去到商場人山人海，度度都排好耐，得呢間比較快所以就試吓。食咗帶子喇沙，帶子沙律，香辣墨魚餅小食，總共三樣嘢。帶子喇沙味道一般正常，帶子沙律完全唔識欣賞，一堆豆，一拃紅蘿蔔花花切片，一堆青瓜同埋紫洋蔥切粒，一啲炸豆腐乾仔，大量辣椒醬，兩粒帶子，我唔會話難食，就係咁。香辣墨魚餅小食，簡直係難食，食緊兩塊橙色粉團咁，呢款小食有幾塊方包一齊上，未食過方包煙韌到咁，好似擺咗幾日咁。總共三樣嘢。
