To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 開咗都有一年,開頭巳經知人手唔夠,但見嘢食都OK價錢又唔貴响呢區,所以間唔中都會去食。但今次之後,以後都會blacklist 佢,以後唔會再去。叫咗三個餐,唔使5分鐘意粉和三杯飲品已到。其中兩杯是熱朱古力,飲咗兩啖發覺面頭有兩粒黑色野,開頭以為是朱古力粉未溶,但後來証實係兩隻蚊滋。叫咗人嚟話要換走兩杯嘢,正想影底佢,個女侍應就即刻收走有兩隻蚊滋的紙巾,話要比廚房睇,如果唔係唔換比我。之後發覺餐具兜得一支义,咁就話比侍應知無义,跟住換咗返嚟,放底話得一支义就走開咗,咁即係點,三個人用兩支义?之後另一碟意粉和雞亦都到咗。咁又再叫多次侍應話,重欠一支义,今次呢個侍應就收走個餐具兜,跟住就冇返轉頭啦!再等多一陣約二分鐘,再叫返同一個侍應話比佢聽冇义用,咁先比返多一支义我們。當我們差不多吃完意粉和雞翼,當時約入坐後30分鐘,就叫咗剛才幫我們落單的哥哥仔話俾佢聽個魚柳薯條仲未到,佢跟住攞咗我哋個張單,以為佢會緊。跟住又再等,等多10分鐘都未有,再問個哥哥仔,個哥哥仔就如夢初醒,跟住先話幫比我聽整緊啦!再等大約7分鐘,離入坐計已經47分鐘;忍唔住,叫剛才換嘢飲的女侍應比番張單我,我話要取消個餐,佢話

這時才第一次聽到,收銀同我講‘唔好意思,可能炸嘢要耐D,我幫你取消埋個歺飲啦‘。

最後埋單兩個歺收咗95元。我比咗一百就走咗,收銀叫住我話找錢,我就話唔使找,嗰$5留返做貼士表揚你們的服務質素吧!

整個過程食到一肚氣,杯嘢飲有蚊滋唔緊要,餐具唔足都不是問題,漏單好多歺廳都會遇到。而他們沒有的是最基本服務態度。
