為何我不是住在紅磡,試菜後真的好想可以一星期七天光顧,今天有幸剛好吃到廚師新推出的素食私房菜,絕對可以用平靚正來形容,先來個素辣肉腸紅酒冬瓜,清新醒神,紫薯南瓜濃湯加了薑後一點也不膩,再來個素魚子伴香草元貝,真的佩服廚師可以將簡單的素材加以創作變化為精緻的菜色,主菜上層是蘆筍芝士茄子卷,下層蕃紅花意大利飯,口感層次味道皆一流,為了吃推介菜式,額外加了一個婆羅州糊塗面,果然不負眾望香料味濃郁,有點像喇沙的感覺,大家仍在回味時,端來了千層彩虹忌廉班cake,不甜不膩,精彩完美!餐廳店內雖然比較細小,但店主悉心特別的擺設,加上一些遊歷的照片,也豐富了大家的眼睛,和色香味俱全的食物,每位也不過是$150!超抵的素食私房菜!順帶一提記得要訂位,當我們離開時,店主張貼了有趣的告示通知是日食材已經用完....賞味限定呢!
