To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚同女朋友行完沙田買完衫行到又累又肚餓, 就係沙田搵野食, 後尾2個去左宜家傢俬餐廳既沙田店食飯~依間野之前呀SO介紹過的~瑞典肉丸的確好味, 但好似無去講到咁勁咁誇~!!!!!女朋友叫左個龍蝦仔法國濃湯, 略為篇咸, 但夠龍蝦肉夠大舊補返數~呀SO 推介既瑞典肉丸, 又有薯蓉再+果醬, 抵食又好味~10$有成5粒..唔同之前九龍灣一定要叫10粒~我就中意酥片煙豬柳..可跟飯, 意粉薯菜, $39, 豬柳SIZE 超大舊...抵食~肉又夠嫩, 女友就叫左意粉~下次再去都要再叫過先~
