因為去咗外國住咗幾個月,所以好掛住香港嘅大排檔式烹調嘅海鮮只係番咗香港幾日就已經忍唔住,今晚特登約咗幾位識食嘅舊同事聚舊食飯即使八、九點已經特登過去,留咗「十點半四位」,去到都係要等好在一早已經留咗蟶子,否則連食都無得食~(十點過去見到已經無哂!)我個人最~~愛食九肚魚,所以每次食飯都會叫椒鹽九肚魚!駒記嘅椒鹽九肚魚真係值得一讚!除咗最基本嘅新鮮之外,個皮唔係一團粉、外脆內軟都做得好好~~ (雖然你可能會話「九肚魚點會唔軟?」但係佢真係做到,令我覺得軟滑得好完美嘅感覺~)下一碟出場嘅就係白灼東風螺!螺肉嘅生熟剛剛好,鮮甜而且肉厚,絕對值得一試!之後就係豉椒炒蟶子,等咗成晚就係為咗食佢!呢間店最好嘅就係價錢唔貴、份量又多~~(呢個係例牌$98)所以,蟶子都唔例外,份量一啲都唔HEA!而且真心欣賞佢唔會好似某啲店咁成碟殼或者配菜(椒)所以即使四個好大食嘅人食,每個人食嘅量都唔會少~豉椒好香,但唔會太濃而遮蓋咗蟶子原有嘅鮮味  讚!!再點食都要叫碟菜~尤其我哋呢啲為食鬼~~所以都叫咗碟椒絲腐乳通菜,普通&穩陣嘢,無咩特別,唔講咁多~~朋友話叫嘅炸豬大腸呢店嘅大腸夠哂肥美,炸得亦夠脆皮~不

我個人最~~愛食九肚魚,所以每次食飯都會叫椒鹽九肚魚!
駒記嘅椒鹽九肚魚真係值得一讚!
除咗最基本嘅新鮮之外,個皮唔係一團粉、外脆內軟都做得好好~~

(雖然你可能會話「九肚魚點會唔軟?」但係佢真係做到,令我覺得軟滑得好完美嘅感覺~)

呢間店最好嘅就係價錢唔貴、份量又多~~(呢個係例牌$98)

不過你知啦~~炸嘢,你唔一下子食哂嘅話,轉頭就會無咁好食....
你睇佢個樣?唔講嘅話可能會以為係半隻炸子雞!大份到呢....

個人認為佢係暫時食過最好嘅「芝心丸」~~
粒丸好彈牙,仲有一粒粒墨魚肉,而個芝心口感同味道(濃淡)亦剛剛好~~
大家不妨一試~~真係好好味!不過小心「辣」到嘴喎!

個人認為好味,不過唔係正到會想特別推介嘅菜式~
而扇貝嘅質素同份量都算唔錯,亦唔會太熟蒸到硬哂,所以下次都會再食!

由於我哋大食,所以之後再加多咗個豉椒炒蜆~~
不過不失~~雖然蜆肉都係唔少,味道亦唔錯,不過炒蜆好似無炒蟶子咁正喎?
可能因為我當時已經飽?又或者係蜆肉無蟶子肉咁肥美、鮮甜?

最後,真心推介呢間駒記~
有睇過我其他POST嘅人都知,差嘅店我真係會俾喊樣佢!
但係正所謂「有圖有真相」,呢間店無論蒸、炒、炸嘅賣相都見得人
份量、新鮮度等等都好令人滿意,而且炸嘅嘢一啲都唔會覺得油膩!


另外,店員基本上都有禮、熱心、動作快,所以又係加哂分!
如果下次再有其他朋友約我去鵝頸街市附近食,我都會介紹駒記!
