To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 開左都有一段時間,不過每次行過都係超多人排隊~ 今次終於的起心肝排隊!肉餅飯 : 擺明醫肚,水準尚佳。酥皮焗叉燒包 : 幾乎是必叫的! 酥皮脆卜卜、叉燒餡調較一流,中央廚房出品應記一功。腐皮卷潮洲蒸粉果 : 點心皮煙靱其實那裡點心價錢都好平民化,雖然點心款式唔多;但平心而論,點心有一定水準,加上價錢經濟......溫馨提示,在這裡用膳只可以當快餐店形式,如果食完想飲杯茶,斯斯然用竹籤清理一下牙縫的話,哩度恐怕唔適合你^^
