To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 麻辣雞煲🐔🥘 - 佢個雞煲唔係出面常見好乾身又或者d汁好杰身個隻,佢係有d麻辣湯汁係底,但個味都做得幾好食,d雞食得出唔似係雪藏雞,我叫小辣都幾辣下,大約有譚仔5小辣咁上下;
仲有另外嘅優點,就係佢個雞煲會配埋豬皮/豆卜呢d索汁嘅配料,而且佢地放紫洋蔥/芹菜呢類配菜一d都唔手緊,d配料/配菜索晒d汁,仲好食過雞。

巴辣胡椒豬肚花膠鍋 - 湯底叫左呢個,一上枱好香胡椒味,未打邊爐都已經飲左兩碗,但略嫌佢唔係好夠胡椒辣味;
入面仲有2大塊花膠扒,好厚身又有膠質,另外d豬肚都煮得好腍,又無騷臭味。

🐮特選牛頸脊/極品封門柳 - 佢地係用3款唔如同嘅牛肉級數去分開3個價錢等級,因為訂位平左$30,所以叫左佢最貴嗰個set,但發現竟然中間嘅封門柳仲好食過最貴嘅牛頸脊;
牛頸脊肉味係比較濃同香牛味,但有少少韌,反而佢個封門柳仲好食,好鬆軟,雖然肉味真係比牛頸脊淡d。

配料 - 呢度嘅火鍋配料都好普通,無乜特別特式野,雖然配料少同無特別,但試左幾款都有中上級數,好食過出面好坊間嘅任食火鍋,以下係推介嘅款式:
⭐️紫菜響鈴/水魷/鵝腸/花枝丸/木耳

小食 - 有提供幾款台式小食,鹽酥雞/泡椒雞翼尖/泰式無骨鳳爪/炸地瓜條/麻辣涼拌,因為肚皮有限,淨係試左無骨鳳爪,算好食但個人覺得太酸。

飲品 - 飲品有提供任飲罐裝飲品,包括汽水/菊花茶/冬瓜茶/竹蔗水/荔枝水等等...


🍽環境:餐廳環境幾特別,有d大排檔feel,包括張餐枱個外貌都做到好古老嘅摺檯咁,另外因為間舖叫火水爐,所以間舖有個位擺滿晒火水爐做擺設,座位同枱與枱之間都闊落坐得都好舒服。


🤵🏻🤵🏻‍♀️🤵🏻‍♂️服務:店舖職員服務好好,可能係因為當時得我一枱客,所以差唔多淨係專注服務我地個枱,上菜收碟速度都十分。但都覺得奇怪,星期日嘅中午我由1點坐到2點半,除左我一枱客都無,佢又唔算貴,又唔係唔好食,都唔知點解❓❓唔通地理位置真係咁緊要❓


💰💸價錢:今係食最貴個set午餐任食,本身就$298/1位,因為我係openrice app book左就可以減$30,加上午餐係唔收加一,所以就咁$536/2個人埋單。


🐲💬總結:我覺得呢間舖d野都幾好食,而且價錢都算合理,座位環境都幾舒服,唯一可挑剔嘅地方就係地理位置唔算太就腳,但又未去到差,所以真係諗唔明點解假期lunch時間都無人幫襯。
