To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時收工收得夜，又唔想又係係屋企煮麵食，又要煮又要洗，麻煩又攰，所以去左呢間大家食買外賣。呢間平時好少食，多數都係夜晚宵夜既選擇，因為快靚正。男朋友最愛食佢既油渣麵，而我最中意食佢既米粉。大家食既菜莆都好好食，唔係得個辣字，仲會好香，每碗麵都會付上一個菜莆，俾你加落個麵食，如果有興趣大家食仲有得成樽甘俾你買返去，但幾錢就冇問喇。我最中意食佢既炸豬扒同埋鹵水雞翼尖炸豬扒佢會分開裝，唔會直接放落麵度，唔怕會淋哂而且炸得好香口，炸粉又少，好驚喜。另外鹵水雞翼尖夠哂入味，夠哂淋，正。所以真系宵夜必食😋

我最中意食佢既炸豬扒同埋鹵水雞翼尖

炸豬扒佢會分開裝，唔會直接放落麵度，唔怕會淋哂
而且炸得好香口，炸粉又少，好驚喜。
另外鹵水雞翼尖夠哂入味，夠哂淋，正。

所以真系宵夜必食😋
