To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由前年加入左牛角會員開始,牛角已經成為左我同大少嘅飯堂,平均一個月都會去消費一次而好多時我地都會選擇「宵夜」時段,即是晚上九時後先入席,因為如果你會點飲品的話,宵夜時段有飲品放題,個半鐘任點餐牌內的無酒精飲品。只需$39,飲到三杯其實已經回本不過如果要享用飲品放題有個附帶條件嘅除左九點後入座之外,就係要點其中一個盛合拼盤然後先可以用$39享用飲品放題而且仲會附送每人一盤生菜同韓式醬料用黎包住燒肉食,既可消除燒肉的熱氣,同時又附合我的找素原則今次就點左個有六款肉嘅盛合拼盤拼盤包括:牛肪肉,雞肉,牛舌,豬頸肉,一口牛等但食咁多次都係覺得味道好淡,醬汁似係是但搽上去咁,縱使已經叫左醬汁由於拼盤啲肉無味,加上本人又愛吃豬頸肉所以通常我都會另點一碟辛味醬汁豬頸肉剩餘的醬汁就放拼盤果啲豬頸肉落黎調下味去食燒肉,好唔好食真係決定於你燒烤手勢好唔好,但以肉質同水準而言,我覺得可以☹︎由於今次我地坐最入靠窗的卡位,侍應唔係成日行過黎,所以好多時我地想加茶/加飲品或換網都無人理
