To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間食左好多年宵夜時段8點至11點，其實這裡的宵夜時段等如晚餐時段，今次訂了星期五一樣係食宵夜時段，我哋大約7點9來到可以進去坐了，用恆生Enjoy卡有85折，折完每位$408。這裡環境舒服，取食物地方略細，裝修後熟食要排龍，食物種類很多，朋友今次無生蠔食但有煎大蝦，有冬菇鮑魚，咖哩炒蟹，蒜蓉蒸扇貝， 片皮鴨，煎羊架，蟹肉粥，鮮蝦餃麵等，各種各樣煮出來的味道都好味。 如以晚餐時段心態用這個價錢食到這些食物加上環境可接受和抵食又好味的，如再加多少少高級食材咁就完美了。但如以宵夜時段心態用這個價錢你會覺得平一些或折扣多一些會更好。
