To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大概容納廿零人，應該係家庭既小本經營生意，啊姨間唔中要照顧啊仔，啊女仲著埋校服幫手。見個店名都知主要做車仔麵，都有飯同其他小食。上菜速度比較慢，差不多食完，飯先至到。✨味道67分，服務63分，環境65分。.🔸招牌鮮煎餃子($40/8pcs)⭐️超有驚喜！真心推薦⭐️外脆內juicy！外皮煎到金黃色，又唔會太燶，咬落入面會有少許汁流出黎，韭菜仲包到脹卜卜。.🔸秘製蔥油香煎豬扒飯配雙蛋($43)送熱飲豬扒煎得香，肉咬落唔韌，都尚算大塊。兩隻太陽蛋，再配埋甜豉油係不錯，不過甜豉油落太多，令飯太濕。.🔶自選車仔麵🔸河粉($10)：不過不失，偏碎。🔸爽脆豬耳($12)：好入味，應該煮好耐，易咬開。🔸香辣魷魚($13)：水魷魚配有蒜辣味既醬汁。🔸蘿蔔($9)：夠稔夠甜。湯底：揀左瑞士汁，中辣，不過唔係好覺有瑞士汁味。另外，落左枱上既菜脯，令成個湯更香，不過菜脯好碎好細，會散開於湯內消失。.🔸油菜($18)
