呢日媽咪生日,梗係全家總動員去家庭餐廳outback食啦。我哋有匯豐信用卡可以用優惠價叫唔同嘅套餐。咁今次就叫左個二人份嘅美國頂級海陸套餐,有兩個餐湯、黑糖麵包、公司沙律、一份燒美國頂級紐約牛扒拼加拿大龍蝦尾同埋一個帶子煙肉白汁懀飯。用卡可以足足平左200幾蚊,所以有匯豐卡嘅人記得一定要嗌套餐,銀聯都可以用架!我哋另外再叫多左份炸洋蔥、烤豬肋骨同雞肉拼燒蝦寬麵。係咪就咁睇都覺得好豐富呢?最尾我哋真係飽到想嘔咁滯。不得不提,佢呢度有個不明文嘅規定,就係黑糖麵包可以免費追加。我自己就唔中意食包嘅,但呢度令我追加嘅原因並唔係佢個包,而係佢個牛油。佢個牛油好香好滑,搽落個包會索喺個包入面,到咬個下再爆出黎,連埋個少少嘅黑糖味,真係好好食。佢個炸洋蔥唔係炸洋蔥圈,而係成個洋蔥切好擺落去炸。出到黎好似開花咁樣,仲大過我個頭,整得好靚。佢表層好脆,內層嘅洋蔥又保持到濕潤嘅口感同佢本身個種清甜,可以捉住外層嘅油膩,不過食哂成個都會好飽。對比起佢嘅意粉,我比較中意佢個懀飯。因為佢個意粉唔夠掛汁,調味都差啲,感覺同食杰身嘅白灼意粉冇咩分別。仲要雞肉用到雞胸,鞋颯颯嘅口感唔啱我。反而帶子懀飯個汁就滲透到入去

對比起佢嘅意粉,我比較中意佢個懀飯。因為佢個意粉唔夠掛汁,調味都差啲,感覺同食杰身嘅白灼意粉冇咩分別。仲要雞肉用到雞胸,鞋颯颯嘅口感唔啱我。反而帶子懀飯個汁就滲透到入去每一粒飯,令到成個飯好creamy,帶子燒完都好鮮嫩。

佢個烤豬肋骨嘅肉都係偏柴,啲肉都幾易起出黎嘅,但就碎碎地一絲絲咁,冇話可以大大片肉咁食。而且佢每一條都骨大肉少,冇咩好食,食落有啲似叉燒嘅感覺。

果然黎outback都係食牛肉最好,佢個牛排肉汁豐富,好大陣牛味,仲要易切易咬,食完都唔會sip牙縫。仲有一條龍蝦尾一齊上,感覺即刻升級左。龍蝦肉好彈牙,應該係急凍嘅,但又唔會係梅哂口感。
