魔膳工房已是第三次唻喇, 因為環境寬敞, 食物又多選擇, 好大個BAR枱同甜品櫃, 右手邊有個較私隱的四人雅座, 呢度好大, 好多位, 不過每次唻到到有8成滿座, 可想言之呢度都好受歡迎呀!先上餐湯, 上了雜菜湯配以麥包, 餐牌都有多種選擇, 有海鮮, 有扒類, 我選了香煎銀鱈魚配薯蓉跟檸檬牛油汁($215)銀鱈魚皮好脆口, 鮮魚肉質好嫩口, 鮮甜, 配了好香牛油味的薯蓉, 好滑溜, 還跟了檸檬牛油汁,  不致膩口,伴菜還有三個都好爽脆的蔬菜, 而且增添了色彩, 另外再叫了一個小食, 炭燒越式香茅雞翼, 一放下已有濃濃的香茅香味, 外皮脆口, 雞翼裡面剛熟, 好滑的雞肉, 配以旁邊的酸甜醬, 好開胃, 甜品包了, 誰不知係名貴而有特色的黑松露CREME BRULEE, 香濃的黑松露香味, 不會太濃, 而且蛋漿好滑, 最愛面層有厚厚的焦糖, 卜卜脆, 係我至愛的, 而且好大份, 足兩人食的。最後飲品, 都好SWEET架, 有熱桂花蜜花茶, 好舒服喉嚨的花蜜。
