To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間拉麵店真係好有心思，幾個月就轉一次主題，上至舖頭裝飾、環境、餐桌、餐具呢啲細緻位，到每道菜都充滿心思，今次有充滿童年回憶Sanrio大口仔，仲有好得意既周邊商品，有實用嘅餐具、公仔、環保袋！另外讚吓店主好有愛心，當時有客人問可唔可以帶狗仔入嚟，店主非常歡迎，係一間Pet friendly 嘅餐廳！🦮🐕‍🦺🐈特製牛奶拉麵 $98鍾意個湯底，原來加咗牛奶會更濃郁，配埋叉燒、蟹柳、粟米、大口仔魚糕，食到舔舔脷！特製軟殼蟹沾麵（北海道蟹湯熱濃湯）$138下炸得外脆內軟，咬落去都好新鮮，即叫即炸，個沾麵配上熱濃湯好入味，冬天食一流，濃郁得來又唔會太咸，好暖心！特製章丸燒 $48四粒八爪魚丸內都填滿咗墨魚，皮脆內軟，好有啞口感！🍓士多啤梨可爾必思梳打及巨峰梳打 $38@兩款都係好透心涼，絕對係邪惡之選！唯一覺得個大口仔個餅太甜！🍮 特製宇治抹茶白桃布甸 $48布丁好滑，好有層次既一個甜品，食完拉麵已經好飽飽都一定要試吓呢個咁可愛嘅甜品！
