To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天氣凍，一條友食飯食咩好？辦完公事，經過一間叫牛一魚蛋粉店舖，入去試試。伙記話天氣凍，介紹我試試新近推出的梅菜扣肉飯和蜂蜜生薑茶，暖暖。想想 why not？ 竟然有驚喜，好耐冇食過，不覺得油膩，薑茶有好多薑絲，非常暖胃。值得一讚👍。下次再搵多幾個朋友來試試粉面和其他飲品。聽說凍咖啡仲好飲，不過今天太凍，下次下次😉😉
