To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友説上環開了一間新嘅壽司店,今日去開就來一試,看完menu,選了 omakase sushi 14 pieces set先來沙律及茶碗蒸,第一次食有雲耳嘅茶碗蒸,口感好特別右口魚原來右口魚有個好優雅嘅名,叫「絞鰈」,上面放了三升漬,廚師話三升漬即係由米、辣椒和麵豉製成的,入口微酸帆立貝賣相好特別,同平時見嘅好唔同,原來廚師用了新切法,仲可以見到一絲絲嘅效果,口感更佳,仲好鮮甜金扇鯛即係日本嘅紅衫魚,輕輕燒過,再加上醬油,魚油不多,口感實在,有些似食緊吞拿魚深海池魚加上醬油後,再放些木魚花,增加口感甜蝦大大隻嘅甜蝦,上面仲有蝦膏,好鮮甜赤貝輕輕一拍,上碟,好爽口太刀魚魚皮上,切幾刀,輕輕一燒,再配上梅醬銀雪魚醬油上再加上柚子胡椒,帶出鮮味三文魚籽大大粒,晶瑩剔透,鮮味得棧有些咸香海膽味道濃郁,入口即溶,仲留有餘香鰤魚入口滑溜柔軟,油潤得來很有嚼頭,還帶濃郁鮮甜的魚味中TORO入口滑,完全無根,滑身無渣,油份重,口感好豐腴左口魚裙邊輕輕燒過嘅左口魚邊,有些炭燒香,又有少少油,入口即溶針魚閃爍着銀光,肉質彈牙鮮甜最後來一碗麵豉湯同檸檬雪葩,完美一路食,店員會主動幫忙更換熱茶及熱毛巾,服務周
