選用Basmati 長米,係印度餐廳必吃嘅靚米,上網查過 Basmati米呈長瘦形,越長越貴,擁有與眾不同的堅果香氣,即使多吃亦不覺得膩。 飯粒炒得幾乾身,超有口感,加入幾種印度香料,微辣得黎又惹味!

呢度嘅飲品選擇比較特別,除咗烈酒啤酒外,亦有鷄尾酒及無酒精鷄尾酒,可以上嚟飲返杯先開餐都得,想搵特式印度飲品例如Mango Lassi, 抱歉...係搵唔到嘅!  叫呢杯Ice Lemon Tea ($28),鷄尾酒般外型,淡淡茶味,味道帶微酸,中和呢餐嘅重口味道!

疑似經理除咗態度親切,臨尾仲問我地想唔想試下佢哋自家製嘅雪糕?  Why NOT?! 就係呢客啦,外觀似係雪硬咗嘅菠蘿,入口帶有淡香奶味,少甜,仲加入咗幾款果仁碎,增加口感,改觀咗對印度甜品係好甜嘅印象!

呢間印度新式餐廳坐得舒服,無論食物及服務都相當唔錯,價錢唔係貴,絶對有回頭!
