To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直以來，都覺得富豪香港是富豪酒店集團之首， 餐廳質素一定有返咁上下。 奈何小雲&小吉都是新界鄉下人，甚少出城，一直無緣一試。 直到今天，的起心肝過海見識見識。 一到餐廳，馬上倒抽一口涼氣。 那個 Food Bar 真的細得可憐。 安頓後，行了一圈， 心更涼了一截。 食物款式少得可怕。 冷盤熱葷各樣也只有五六款，壽司吧看完也沒食欲， 帆立貝，甜蝦等均無。只有三文魚，赤身，八爪魚等平價貨 。但一場來到，點都要試下。 選了長腳蟹，凍蝦。 新鮮，但唔甜囉， 淡味。 跟住唯有去試熱葷， 行來行去，只取了西蘭花，和豉油雞，其他的真的看不上眼。 再接再勵，去淥碗菜，牛丸，扎肉等...嘩！ 不得了，個湯底咸到食唔到。 全晚最可取的是 Movenpick 雪糕和杏仁酥。 都是買回來的外援。 這樣的一餐， 一個人連加一差唔多六百大洋。 真的想問下酒店管理層，你對得住你的客人嗎？
