向來都幾鍾意食大阪燒/廣島燒,聽聞呢間有得自己親手製作,終於約咗朋友去試店員提我哋最低消費(加一後)每人$100,睇返餐牌上嘅定價其實唔難湊數。落完單望一望枱上嘅教學咭,開始懷疑我哋跟唔跟到啲步驟...睇唔明圖片可以掃一掃QR code睇教學短片,我哋已經驗證咗,最好將啲步驟由頭睇一次先開始整,否則邊睇邊做係會跟唔切嘅道頓崛蒜香炒飯$68 - 餐牌上飯嘅選擇寥寥可數,當日想食飯就揀咗佢。見到堆食材嗰時有啲不知所措,因為教學咭係冇提及過炒飯嘅。最後我哋用僅有嘅知識將所有野煮熟再撈埋,大概係: 先落牛油起鑊,然後落蒜頭、再落飯同其他配料,一路keep住炒;豬肉片分開煎,見少少痴底就攞旁邊枝油逐少逐少加落去食材熟得七七八八就將所有野撈埋...總之唔好燶+熟曬就唔會難食得去邊,因為秘訣已經喺預先配好嘅食材同醬料度薄切豬肉片嘅肉、脂肪同豬皮比例啱啱好,煎過嘅豬肉片逼出油脂,落喺飯上面,加埋本身起鑊嘅牛油,令炒飯充滿油香,燒汁、蒜蓉同胡椒發揮佢哋原有嘅香味,估唔到咁簡單嘅配搭都做到呢種味道雜錦廣島燒$118 – 跟住教學就會做到(至少望落)似樣嘅製成品配搭嘅豬肉比剛剛炒飯嗰啲瘦。海鮮主要有蝦、八爪

配搭嘅豬肉比剛剛炒飯嗰啲瘦。海鮮主要有蝦、八爪魚鬚同八爪魚腳,口感彈牙,但已經食唔出本身有冇鮮味,因為醬料太濃郁。椰菜起咗重要嘅角色,除咗解膩之外,仲增加水份,保持整份廣島燒嘅濕潤感。日式炒麵有少少似油麵,實淨有咬口,同煎餅嘅軟糯好夾。仲有脆脆嘅炸魷魚片,酸酸嘅紅薑,幼幼嘅蔥花作點綴。

整體嚟講,自己落手整呢個概念幾新鮮,食物味道都幾好,不過記得預留多啲用餐時間,同埋要預咗食完餐飯個身會有油煙味
