以前常在龍崗道的金蘭花食泰菜,但自從易手以後,味道已不一樣,最近得知金蘭花的大廚自立門户,開了泰式食,立刻去試試.冬陰功仍是從酸與辣中渗出蝦的鮮味,帶著碳燒香的牛柳,對著香濃的咖喱蟹,不行不追加白飯和薄餅,還有那明爐魚,蝦膠皮旦,粒粒會彈跳似的炒飯...那回憶,那味道都回來了!
