Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日放假自已一個去咗深水埗行，行到肚仔餓就去揾嘢食啦，行嚟行去揾嚟揾去，見到好耐以前食過嘅大家食仲係度，一於入去食嘢，睇下啲嘢食味道係咪仲係同以前一樣無變過。一入去就點咗個豬膶南瓜麵同埋韮菜煎餃，南瓜麵麵身同以前一樣咁彈牙有咬口，而豬膶就都新鮮，最緊要碗麵同豬膶都仲同以前一樣咁足料，大大碗料又夠，無偷工減料。而韮菜煎餃就煎到外皮香口咬落juicy，加上餃身飽滿，一睇就知落足料，所以雖然唔係食咗好多嘢，但我都已經過足口癮非常滿足。
