To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

普慶自助餐已經幫襯多年，價錢多級跳，我都樂意繼續幫襯，皆因酒店級廚師當然有一定水準，海鮮經常都新鮮值得一贊。今日我哋幾個去食自助午餐，一樣座無虛席，熱熱鬧鬧，差唔多食到一半時段，已經冇乜人排隊攞食物，當我喺日式串燒bar攞食物時，對面壽司檔有位女長者對檔員講＂唔該要兩塊三文魚刺身＂女檔員語氣很差叫佢排隊，我好奇怪，只得佢一個攞食物排乜嘢隊呢？女長者退後兩個身位，再講兩片三文魚刺身，兩位一男一女檔員完全冇反應，唔睬佢，女長者面懵懵轉身嚟攞日式串燒。唉！就算你哋幾唔鍾意長者都好，唔好冷待人家囉！佢都有俾錢嚟食，唔係嚟乞！
