To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

壽司好食又抵食

街市新開左呢間壽司達人之後，終於可以隨時食到壽司啦。店面小小，但有好多野賣，丼飯、刺身、壽司、炸卷、手卷，甚至飯麵都有得賣，真係乜都有得食，仲有壽司拼盤可以開party食都得，飯麵套餐仲送汽水。而且價錢方面都唔算貴，而且係即叫即整，見住佢即刻卷手卷。買左個炸蝦卷($20)同三文魚腩手卷($18)炸蝦卷好好食，即叫即整，D炸蝦熱辣辣，又香又脆，而且$20有四舊都算抵，每舊壽司D蝦都幾大舊。D飯暖暖地，但都食得出有壽司醋味，加埋熱辣辣既炸蝦就好好食。三文魚腩手卷方面，就覺得有少少似三文魚多D，唔夠肥唔夠香，不過手卷D紫菜就超脆。

炸蝦卷好好食，即叫即整，D炸蝦熱辣辣，又香又脆，而且$20有四舊都算抵，每舊壽司D蝦都幾大舊。
D飯暖暖地，但都食得出有壽司醋味，加埋熱辣辣既炸蝦就好好食。

三文魚腩手卷方面，就覺得有少少似三文魚多D，唔夠肥唔夠香，不過手卷D紫菜就超脆。
