To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我覺得d壽司真係麻麻地,味道一般.他他牛壽司感覺上好似冇對上一次咁好味,對上一次食有一種令人回味既感覺,但係今次食就完全冇左個種味道.而且d壽司飯一夾就散晒,未食到已經斷開左一半,感覺上好似壽司司師冇力整咁,而且d三文魚好似岩岩係冰櫃拎出黎咁,凍冰冰,條輸送帶上面壽司既黎黎去去都係得3-4種,而且望落去整得好求其.但係炸軟殼蟹,味道都ok總結:質素差左
