位於銅鑼灣嘅「壽喜燒友」 係一間廚師發辦嘅壽喜燒店,今次坐喺吧枱用餐可以近距離見到廚師烹製和牛同其他食材過程。今次黎試下佢地嘅 sukiyaki dinner set (HKD680/pp),首先上菜嘅係用熊仔空心餅裝住嘅牛肉他他,然後係3款各有心思嘅前菜,食完即刻好開胃咁等待品嘗主菜和牛壽喜燒😋今次嘅壽喜燒有3款A4和牛,包括有1片肉眼,1片西冷以及2片肩肉,由廚師以壽喜燒汁烹調,再配合蛋黃汁去進食,無論味道定口感都係一流!3款和牛味道各有特色,可以品嘗到和牛的不同口感。野菜方面則有5款,每吃過一款和牛後便會附上,有助解油膩用,另外米飯可無限次追加。吃過雞蛋蓋飯後,廚師更即場以刨冰機製作紅豆抹茶刨冰,為今餐壽喜燒劃上完美句號。推薦大家去試看看!
