今日去將軍澳上堂,決定搵朋友食飯。見到呢間餐廳好多人排隊,一於試試。座位好闊落,餐廳好光猛,較為新式的茶餐廳。餐廳的選項非常多。用QRCODE 下單。最後我地點選了以下食物。1. 拔絲山渣汁菠蘿咕嚕西班牙黑豚肉($98)一上菜勁香的咕嚕肉味道,食落啖啖肉,酸酸甜甜非常開胃,菠蘿超級JUICY,仲可以做到少少的拔絲效果。2. 椒鹽豆腐金磚($68)表皮酥脆,內軟,椒鹽味不太濃烈。3. 薑蔥炒海蜆($126)海蜆新鮮、粒粒都有肉,且隻隻都開,薑蔥炒非常香。4.燉湯5.蒜泥白肉黑毛豬小菜可以有幾款選項,揀左蒜泥白肉黑毛豬,有別於平常食到好重口味的蒜泥白肉。在軟熟的黑毛豬上舖上蒜泥,都有佢既風味。6.檸檬茶7.雪山紅豆冰($28)紅豆粒非常淋,配上好像雪山的CREAM,不算太甜。
