To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日與一眾朋友來到荃灣打保齡後，找個地方小休一會。隨意地來到Delifrance，以自助形式的，好不容易才霸佔有利位置吃下午茶。點了下午茶餐－法式芝士焗薯批配珍寶腸，芝士焗薯批，芝士味不太濃，批的鬆脆度一般般，珍寶腸比較優勝，外層脆卜卜，而旁邊的沙律比較生。額外另加$9，轉荔枝梳打。梳打不太甜，帶有淡淡荔枝味，加上梳打，夏天飲好清爽。此地純粹小休，味道不過不失。
