星期一晚同朋友嚟咗大埔呢間巷仔中嘅串燒店,鋪頭細,入面得四張枱,但靜靜地,坐得幾舒服。 睇睇個Menu,選擇都唔少,密密麻麻嘅食物種類,我同朋友先揀咗兩杯走,再慢慢揀嘢食。我揀咗響嘅 whiskey,朋友就揀咗一杯梅酒,果然食串燒都係要配酒先最啱feel。叫完杯酒,我哋就慢慢揀嘢食,我哋叫咗燒粟米、雞翼釀糯米飯、燒茄子、雞泡魚乾、燒菠蘿、黑松露芝士玉子燒、金菇肥牛、燒扇貝、蜜汁燒豬頸肉同燒鱔,真係名副其實嘅叫到一台都係。樣樣食物都好有水準,我特別鍾意燒菠蘿,香甜多汁。燒粟米都好好食,雖然朋友本身話粟米要原汁原味最好食,但食食吓我哋都覺得佢個醬汁同粟米真係好夾,出面食唔到呢個味,值得一試。下次收工要再嚟緊返杯,食佢嘅串燒!

叫完杯酒,我哋就慢慢揀嘢食,我哋叫咗燒粟米、雞翼釀糯米飯、燒茄子、雞泡魚乾、燒菠蘿、黑松露芝士玉子燒、金菇肥牛、燒扇貝、蜜汁燒豬頸肉同燒鱔,真係名副其實嘅叫到一台都係。

樣樣食物都好有水準,我特別鍾意燒菠蘿,香甜多汁。燒粟米都好好食,雖然朋友本身話粟米要原汁原味最好食,但食食吓我哋都覺得佢個醬汁同粟米真係好夾,出面食唔到呢個味,值得一試。

下次收工要再嚟緊返杯,食佢嘅串燒!
