於網上搵下石門有乜嘢好食,比我見到一樂小鍋有手工火鍋,仲有一天前book 位可以有9折優惠,一於試試。黎到門面唔大,內裡目測只可坐約30人,當晚所見所有客人都係預先訂枱。入坐後職員即是奉上豉油、辣椒、芫荽、蔥、炸蒜粒讓食客自行調配自己喜好醬汁。手工火鍋以人數收費,每位$238。湯底: 2 揀1海鮮: 共5樣,紅色類二揀一,藍色類三揀一(但當天無蟶子王),綠色類四揀二,黃色類兩款指定。配料: 任選6樣。打邊爐當然要飲嘢,叫左樽自家制竹蓆茅根,無添加,唔太甜,不錯。海鮮紅色類揀左肉蟹,肉質鮮甜,但唔知點解D膏有苦味,問咗職員都解答唔到,有少許失色。海鮮藍色、黃色類:鮑魚、蠔、蜆。鮑魚算大,入口彈牙。蠔沒有特別。蜆肉較細粒。海鮮綠色類:海蝦、帶子。帶子亦大隻,鮮甜美味,海鮮同樣新鮮出色。配料中最係午餐肉,上枱時炸起熱辣辣,脆邊,浸一浸湯食確一流配料: 花膠、墨魚丸、安格斯牛肉。三樣配料不過不失,無特別。配料:潮式魚蛋、牛栢葉。魚蛋彈牙,有魚味。牛栢葉就無味,灼幾灼就淋晒。追加半份泉水烏冬,一份炸魚皮。烏冬夠彈牙,連海鮮湯底一齊食,美味炸魚皮微暖,份量唔太多。食晒火鍋料,職員會自動同你落南瓜粒
