To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

屯門碼頭的啟豐商場，有不少有趣的小店。剛巧，今早被女朋友召喚，經她介紹下，試了這間，榮記奶茶。特色是，早餐的面食，除了可改成出前一丁，更可改成由日本製造的，蟹王麵，同出前一丁一樣，是香港第一代進口的即食麵，已經超過50年的歴史。我當然毫不猶豫，將早餐的面食改成蟹王麵。五香肉丁蟹王麵，配咖央包，煎蛋及漢堡扒，配凍咖啡，盛惠36元，價錢合理，以且有多種不同配撘，亦可選配魚餅、午餐肉等等。不到五分鐘就有得食，包，蛋，漢堡扒，就普普通通，至於五香肉丁蟹王麵，麵質跟出前一丁比，麵身較幼，口感較淋，略帶煙韌，油香味較少，有趣。與出前一丁形成，一剛一幼的感覺。榮記奶茶抵玩指數 1+/3地址: 屯門湖翠路138號啟豐商場地下1A5號舖緣份天成，初心為本。喜歡用文字分享我的味覺之旅，有興趣請follow我～緣食魔宮。抵玩指數最高為三星，所有不用自掏錢包或劣評者，將不給予抵玩指數。
