To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係屋企附近新開左間日本餐，見佢下午嘅時候都有人排隊咁應該不錯啦。所以拉大隊試下先。店內細細的，只有幾張枱。但menu 品種也有很多選擇，因為剛剛打完波，肚子很餓也很想食飯。但套餐只有烏冬類，好人的店長也為我轉了飯。所以我點了安格斯肥牛飯。還有壽司拼盤我覺得魚生好新鮮，同埋好抵食。小店啲炸物都唔錯架，我哋叫咗炸芝麻雞翼同埋炸軟殼蟹手卷。烏冬湯底味道ok la. 下次我哋都會再去啊，喺鰂魚涌又多個新選擇啦。店內有幾個好有熱誠的後生仔，應該係店主。希望佢哋繼續保持質素啦。加油💪！
