放工拖住疲憊身軀,經過呢間廚房……陣陣鑊炒香氣撲鼻而來,咁仲唔揾位坐低試下有冇"味不對辦"?睇下餐牌,原來有分新彊菜和廣東菜,今晚唔想食辣,咁就點咗脆皮牛腩和中哥小炒王。牛腩醮滿脆醬炸粉,難得炸過嘅牛腩唔韌,咬開仲有一絲絲,肉質保留不會過鹹,呢道菜幾有創意,唔怪得都幾多人叫……小炒王係咩呢?……蝦乾、魷魚、鮮蝦、炸菜、韮王、唯獨冇豬潤,不過好有鑊氣,送啤酒真係唔錯!再嚟多盅海底椰燉豬雞腳湯,足料滋潤絶對唔係"例水",食咗咁多炒炸嘢,飲完佢喉嚨順番曬!
