To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次同家人食上海菜,都會想到這一家。之前有試過其他上海菜館,有啲高級啲,又有啲xx總會,等等吖,但係到最後,都覺得呢間既係最好味,水準最consistent既一家。花雕醉雞 $68 原本好想叫全髀,但同家人食,費事諸多要求。不過普通部位醉雞都好好味。次次黎都叫。雞肉完全吸收曬啲花雕味道,超入味。肉質嫩滑。乾煸四季豆 $76 正當我哋食緊呢度菜,同屋企人講,點樣先可以教導到工人姐姐炒菜可以炒到咁?一般似樣都好吖!哈哈。味道好均勻,肉粒炒得好香,豆亦炒到爽得黎都夠淋身易咬。椒鹽小黃魚(兩條) $86 我自認好嬾。魚唔鍾意多骨。爹哋話叫,咁好啦。。。發覺原來都ok噢,唔係太嚴重。仲要炸過,非常香口。外面好脆口。裏面啲魚肉又好鮮甜。唔錯!上海炒年糕 $75呢個主要滿足媽咪,次次都要點。咁都超得幾好味。每塊年糕好煙韌,味道不太咸,恰到好處。炸醬拉麵 $56唔知點解,個日好想食呢個麵。上檯之前個麵已經剪好,等我哋容易啲分。麵條幼身細滑,炸醬有點微辣,都幾惹味。上海小籠包 (四隻) $39皮薄肉鮮,內裡湯汁爆棚,鮮香入味。我哋叫咗兩籠!正!大滿足既一個晚餐!
