To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

久不久就想食米線，好多時專程來旺角食，我想我已愛上了它。每次來都食小鍋酸辣米線，加7元加一餸，加豬腩肉，中辣。不過每次辣都有出入；有時好辣，但有時唔夠辣。小鍋已有芽菜，酸菜，蔥，莞茜及微辣的豬肉碎。今次辣道好啱我口味，足夠辣，每碗連米線，湯放進鍋一齊煮滾，所以好夠熱，小心熱到口。米線有口感，湯味道濃，好味，明知好多味精，但每次忍不住飲幾啖湯，豬腩肉不肥，啱晒重視健康的客人。奶茶不過不失，有茶味，但唔滑。
