To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從發現咗大角咀好多餐廳後，久唔久都會去呢區覓食。今個月就去咗呢間拉麵店🍜，佢哋嘅麵條係由北海道空運過嚟。我哋叫咗個$258二人餐，可以揀兩款主食同3款小食，如果拉麵想加餸只需加$10，價錢划算。🔸自家製豬軟骨拉麵 Pork Cartilage Ramen 🌟7/10🔹自家製叉燒拉麵 Their Barbecued Pork Noodles 🌟6/10🔸燒雞翼2串及燒雞軟骨2串 🌟8/10Chicken Wings*2 & Chicken Cartilage*2🔹吉列豬扒 Pork Cutlet 🌟8/10🔸自家製餃子 Dumplings 🌟8/10餸菜擺滿一張二人枱，非常豐富🤩。小食比拉麵更出色，特別係燒雞翼同燒雞軟骨串，燒得啱啱好，味道鹹鹹地，亦可以擠啲檸檬調味，雞翼有好多肉汁😋，雞軟骨軟硬適中；其次係吉列豬扒，好大塊好厚，而且炸粉唔厚又唔會散👍🏻；餃子🥟都唔錯，有6隻。▫️拉麵🍜方面，豬軟骨夠稔（淋）得嚟又唔會散開，有口感，幾鍾意，叉燒係大大片嘅薄叉燒👌🏻，每碗拉麵仲有一粒類似貢丸嘅肉丸、溏心蛋同好多紫菜同粟米🌽🤓，麵嘅份量亦好多，我細佬咁大食都話夠大碗🤣，嚟自北

餸菜擺滿一張二人枱，非常豐富🤩。小食比拉麵更出色，特別係燒雞翼同燒雞軟骨串，燒得啱啱好，味道鹹鹹地，亦可以擠啲檸檬調味，雞翼有好多肉汁😋，雞軟骨軟硬適中；其次係吉列豬扒，好大塊好厚，而且炸粉唔厚又唔會散👍🏻；餃子🥟都唔錯，有6隻。

拉麵🍜方面，豬軟骨夠稔（淋）得嚟又唔會散開，有口感，幾鍾意，叉燒係大大片嘅薄叉燒👌🏻，每碗拉麵仲有一粒類似貢丸嘅肉丸、溏心蛋同好多紫菜同粟米🌽🤓，麵嘅份量亦好多，我細佬咁大食都話夠大碗🤣，嚟自北海道🇯🇵嘅麵條係幼身，略嫌唔夠彈牙，同埋湯底嘅味道如果濃郁啲會更好～不過可能湯底淡味係特色，因為餐廳喺每張枱都放置咗七味粉、芝麻、麻油等調味料。
